Grace has long been established as a provider of high quality help and advice around long term care and this service is available through National Friendly at just £60 (half the normal cost). The adviser will:
Talk to the customer in confidence about the needs and wishes of their elderly loved one.
Provide a clear view of the care options available: at home, in a care home or in a combination of both.
Explain more about State benefits and allowances.
Send a summary of everything discussed, as well as a range of helpful fact sheets.
Comment: This is a very simple service and frankly, at just £60, is probably the best £60 anyone with an elderly relative needing care will spend.
For most people, dealing with someone who needs care is a very steep learning curve where complexity seems to multiply rather than diminish over time. Getting access to someone who knows the systems, and can bring their knowledge to bear will save time, money and probably a lot of heartache and frustration too.
