Unum says that dental cover is the most popular voluntary health benefit offered by employers. Taking the appeal a stage further, employees can now enrol for Unum Dental cover online too.

Comment: Being able to join a voluntary scheme online simplifies joining and can take place 24/7. Linked with marketing campaigns, it can see enrolment increase, which must be good for employers and employees.
Plus points: A simple way to get dental cover through your employer; Can be accessed 24/7.
Not so plus points: Only available to employees and if their employer offers Unum Dental Cover.
