AWARDS 2021: HOW TO VOTE

by PR 01/07/21 Category: Latest News

VOTING IS NOW CLOSED

Your votes will help decide the shortlists and winners for this year’s awards.

Voting is anonymous and you don’t need to vote in all categories, just those which are relevant to your knowledge and experience.

The companies and individuals you vote for should exemplify those from our industry who really do put the customer at the centre of their proposition and consistently show that the client is the driving force behind everything they do, whether that is improving the customer experience, paying more claims, product innovation, better technology or more.

We pride ourselves on the robustness of our overall judging process and aim to uphold integrity at every step.

Our judges this year are Roger Edwards, Kevin Carr, Jo Miller Peter Le Beau and Andy Couchman. In addition, we expect to have a different guest judge for each category.

They will decide the winners by considering your votes, written entries where appropriate, their industry knowledge and any other relevant information they pick up along the way. The aim is for the results to be as independent as possible – but the real test for us is not the process, but whether the best people and companies win.

As part of the online voting process, there is optional free space for additional comments if you would like to provide brief reasons for your vote, which is not compulsory.

All votes are anonymous, and you do not need to vote in all categories.

Thank you very much for your time and support.
