We remain committed to holding the safest event possible and ensuring the safety of our guests wherever we can.
On arrival at the event, ALL guests will be asked to prove their eligibility to enter the event in the following ways:
Those guests who are DOUBLE VACCINATED - please have your NHS Covid Pass ready to be scanned on entry. Here is a video to explain how to get the NHS Covid Pass and you can find out more about the pass here.
Those guests who are NOT DOUBLE VACCINATED - please provide proof of a negative lateral flow test taken in the 24 hours prior to the event. You will need to show us the text message or email that you receive when you log the test result here.
Regardless of which entry criteria is applicable, we advise all guests to take a lateral flow test in the 24 hours leading up to the event and not to attend if you are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms.
Please allow extra time for arriving at the event (both conference and dinner) as checks will take place BEFORE guests are allowed to enter the main conference hall. Once scanned/checked you will receive a badge on a lanyard which must be worn at ALL times.
We are asking ALL guests at both the conference and dinner and awards to follow these guidelines to assist us in keeping everyone as safe as possible.
