What was the first record/CD you can remember buying? (and anything you want to say about the song/album) I really wish I could say it was something great like Zeppelin or Pink Floyd, but it was actually ‘Now That’s What I Call Music 31’ when I was about 11 or 12. Tom Conner, Director at Drewberry, takes us through their recent Employee Benefits and Workplace Satisfaction Survey 2021Drewberry recently asked 2,000 SME workers about their thoughts and feelings on various topics to do with the world of work. When we asked about employee benefits, we found many workers were keen on insurance. The most sought-after such benefits were: Private Medical Insurance (35.3%) Death in Service Cover (33%) Group Critical Illness Insurance (30.7%) Group Income Protection (27%) Health Cash Plans (14.8%).
